Log in to your account, go to Settings > Billing, and click "Change Plan". Select your desired tier and follow the checkout. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
The Plotter Bridge connects your MotoVault account to your physical plotter via WebSocket. Export your design as a PDF from the Design Editor, then send it directly to your plotter queue from the Bridge interface. The bridge software runs locally on Windows or Mac.
Yes. Go to the "Request Template" page and submit your request with the bike make, model, year, and category. You can upvote popular requests. Enterprise customers can commission exclusive custom templates—contact sales@invisiblepatterns.co.uk for details.
Use Burn Links. When viewing a template or saved design, click "Share with Client", set an expiration date and max views, then share the link. Clients can view the design with a watermark. The link is one-time-use and expires automatically.
You can export as PDF/X-4 (recommended for print), PDF with MotoCut spot color contours for cutting, or PNG for sharing. All exports are production-ready and include necessary color profiles for professional printing.
No. The Design Editor uses Fabric.js canvas, allowing unlimited layers, text, shapes, and custom asset uploads. You can modify templates as much as needed. Changes are saved locally and can be re-opened anytime.
Pro plans include 1 seat. Studio plans include up to 10 seats. Enterprise plans include unlimited seats. Each team member gets their own login and usage is tracked separately. You can manage permissions in Settings > Team Management.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Monthly and annual billing available. Annual plans save 20%. Invoices sent automatically at each billing cycle.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees or long-term contracts.
The test account includes one free print credit and 24-hour access to browse all templates. Once you print your first test design, the credit is used and you're charged the full plan price if you choose to continue.
Yes. All templates use AES-256 encryption and view-only streaming—no downloads. Every view is watermarked with user email, date, and IP. We maintain a complete audit trail of all access. Designers retain 100% IP ownership.
All your saved projects and custom designs can be exported from the Design Editor. Go to your project, click "Export", and download as PDF or PNG. Your data is always yours and can be exported anytime.
